What does Axiom Communications do?
We are specialists in Employee Engagement and Experience, blending solutions from eight different service areas, to meet clients’ unique needs.
Some come to us wanting to drive a major change programme. Others need to rebuild motivation or get to the bottom of why performance has plateaued. The starting point is always different. The goal is always the same.
Who do you work with?
We work with leaders and their teams around the world across a variety of sectors, for example pharma, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
How do you measure employee engagement?
We work with our clients to understand the metrics they already have in place and that they want to positively impact. Then we build specific measurement activities at key points throughout the programme, so you’re not waiting until the end to find out if it’s working.
Once a programme is complete, we carry out a comprehensive evaluation using our own employee experience maturity model built on evidence, not assumptions. We measure against the original baselines so you can see what’s moved and by how much, and we make sure the findings actually get used.
What are the signs of low employee engagement?
Sometimes it’s obvious. More often it creeps up and manifests as Quiet Cracking / Quiet Quitting. People start quietly stepping back – doing the job, but not much more. Absenteeism ticks up. Staff turnover follows.
Business performance starts to soften in ways that are hard to pin down at first. By the time it shows up clearly in the data, it’s usually been affecting the culture for a while. Getting ahead of it matters, and that starts with understanding what’s really going on.
How long does a typical project take?
Each project varies enormously, based on client needs. Typically, engagements run between six weeks and six months, with their impact lasting years.

Do you work with remote and hybrid teams?
Yes, and it’s something we do a lot of. We work globally across multiple time zones, with organisations whose people who are often spread across locations, working remotely or in hybrid arrangements.
