Standard terms and conditions for workshops and employee engagement services (2023)
- Project related expenses – to include travel, accommodation, subsistence, stationery and project related materials, where applicable and appropriate – will be charged at cost and estimated where possible in advance
- We retain the right to charge travel time, at a reduced day rate, where face-to-face delivery is required overseas. Such charges will be estimated for and agreed prior to the delivery of the workshop or session
- Cancellation charges will apply:
- For workshops and activities cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice – a 100% charge will apply to fees and associated expenses already incurred
- For workshops and activities cancelled with 2 to 4 weeks’ notice – a 50% charge will apply to fees and 100% of associated expenses, if already incurred
- For workshops and activities cancelled with more than 4 weeks’ notice – no fees are chargeable, but 100% of associated expenses already incurred will be chargeable
- The content of all workshops and communication materials remain the copyright of Axiom, unless expressly agreed to the contrary by Axiom
- On projects worth over £15,000 40% of the value of the cost estimate will be invoiced at the start of the project as an initial payment, 40% will be invoiced approximately half way through the project and the balance plus expenses will be invoiced at the conclusion of the project
- For all activities payment terms are no more than 28 days from the date of invoice
