I’m a futurologist and strategy consultant with over 25 years’ experience on client side and agency side.
Consulting projects have ranged from mergers and acquisitions to annual report writing and from concept innovation to business planning. My work has taken me around the world and I’ve seen the impact of the ‘Asian Century’ in my most recent client assignments.
Over the last decade or so, I’ve spent most of my time looking forward. My job is to help companies put their arms around the future in order to identify opportunities and threats to come. Based on these foresights, we then work together on implications for the business. These could be strategic in nature, involve pipeline development or require changes to internal culture.
I get great satisfaction when trends I’ve identified early become strong dynamics, but I also get a boost when our work on the future reveals something fundamental about today’s market truth – a cut-through insight which can be invaluable to a clients’ brand or business.
I help Axiom clients integrate insights about the future into their employee engagement. This can instil confidence in the vision and direction of the company and drive co-ordinated frontline effort to make the vision a reality
