I have enjoyed over 30 years partnering with people and teams in the corporate world, focusing on both customer and employee experience. I lead and delivering transformation programmes that create outstanding colleague and customer centric journeys.

I strongly believe that creating a great colleague experiences is, without doubt, the route to delivering the highest possible level of customer experience. Over the years, I have designed and implemented a wide-variety of innovative and creative end-to-end solutions that deliver remarkable results, whilst also achieving substantial cost benefits.

I love working with clients who are keen to achieve their organisational goals by understanding and enhancing their colleague experience. By translating the tools, techniques and training used extensively in the world of customer experience, I ensure the voices colleagues are heard and their diverse insights harnessed to positively impact the things that matter most to them and their stakeholders. This often sees me facilitating live and virtual events as well as delivering skills developments programmes.

In 2017, I was delighted to become a Certified Customer Experience Professional. The CCXP is the first global professional qualification for Customer Experience and is for practitioners who want to be recognised for their expertise and skills, whilst co-creating the standards and best practices for the discipline.

I enjoy keeping up to date with what works best and am a regular judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards and UK Employee Experience Awards.


When time allows, I am an enthusiastic walker with the ambition to complete the Lands End to John O’Groats route for charity …always good to have a goal even if it is slight scary. I also love travelling with my family and lately discovered the joy of European road trips.

Favourite film

Moulin Rouge, or I could quite happily spend a day watching all of the Harry Potter films back-to-back.
