Have you ever noticed how attractive positive people are to work with?
They open the shutters every morning and let the light in to their lives. They are great to be around, surrounded by admirers; and their balanced enthusiasm for good outcomes is infectiously contagious. In addition they seem to get invited to apply for all the best roles and can spot an opportunity a mile off. Permanently pessimistic and negative people… well is it curtains for them? They might do well to consider the wise words of Tom Peters: ‘If a window of opportunity appears, don’t pull down the shade’.
