To prep presenters for success at your virtual event insist on three rehearsals:
1: Two weeks out – Get the content right. Although presenters are told this is a full rehearsal they rarely arrive with a fully formed presentation, so help them get their story straight.
2: One week out – Get the performance right. With the content in place, coach them to bring their key messages to life – on line.
3: Two days out – Check with the tech. Show your presenters how the virtual event platform works, and get them using it. Now your presenters are well equipped to be ‘virtually perfect’.
