Your team will have some outstanding insights on how best to achieve your goals. As leaders you need to create room for them to share them.
So put the challenge out there, for example in an MS Teams meeting, then leave a silent space for them to speak. They’ll fill the vacuum live on the call, and for those that don’t speak up, leave the ‘chat’ open for at least 48 hours to hoover up their insights.
