Manchester Airports Group case study

Manchester Airports GroupThe route to success

We developed a Big Picture to help Manchester Airports Group (MAG) communicate its vision for the future.

The visual analogy, based around distance running, shows MAG people and their supplier partners on a journey towards the company’s 10-year vision. The starting point is 70 years of heritage.

This analogy was the focal point of a major and highly interactive senior management event that was designed and facilitated by Axiom. We brought the Big Picture to life by turning what started out as a 2D image into a 3D movie. To engage employees across the organisation, we then created a cascade briefing, and trained managers to deliver the briefings to their teams. Over time, we will be helping to produce follow-up communications based around the original Big Picture concept.

What our client says

“I have worked with Axiom for over four years in a number of different roles. I have found Axiom to be a high-energy, results-focused consultancy with superb attention to detail. They have an enormous range of experience, tools and techniques to draw upon from excellent trainers and facilitators to strategic communication abilities.

“What makes Axiom different as a consultancy is that they work as part of your team and endeavour to understand your culture and goals and work with you to achieve them. They are committed to providing an end-to-end service that is second to none, and add immense value to anything they are involved in.”
