Credentials
With more than 35 years of experience, the majority of which was spent adding value as part of the ‘big four,’ I am ideally placed to help C-suite colleagues and senior leaders as a qualified coach, consultant and ‘connector’.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with leaders to deliver results in a wide variety of sectors, with leading brands including EY, IBM, Microsoft, O2/Telefonica, PwC, Salesforce and multiple departments in the UK Government.
Trained as an executive coach at Henley, a leading Business School in the UK, my customers really appreciate the extent to which I can share real-world examples of how I have witnessed, first-hand, organisations respond to all sorts of business challenges. This means I can consistently ask laser focussed coaching questions. Equally, when called for, I can harness my in-depth knowledge of the ‘bigger picture’ to make recommendations and connections that quickly deliver results.

A keen advocate of health and well-being, in 2018 I became a Non-Executive Director at the British Paralympic Association, which combines my love of sport with a desire to help others.
Favourite pastime and books
Along with regular exercise, I am also an avid reader with a passion for lifelong learning. My favourite books include The Mid Life Cyclist by Phil Cavell, the Chimp Paradox by Professor Steve Peters and The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith.
