I am a global citizen with deep cross-cultural expertise, I bring a unique perspective as a half-Hungarian Brit who has built a 20+ year career, based in the United States. I have consulted internationally for organizations including Bayer, GSK, Erikson, Carrier, Getronics, TNT, UCB and UBS Wealth Management and held global corporate roles in GE Healthcare and Bristol Myers Squibb. I don’t just manage change – I emotionally connect people to it. I transform corporate mandates into meaningful journeys. No more change “happening to” employees. Beyond work
I enjoy hiking, boating and cycling with my family around the Northeast USA. I love reading, exploring the diverse cultural offerings in Princeton, New York and Philadelphia, and visiting family in the UK and Hungary. These connections keep me grounded and remind me that building bridges between different worlds happens in both my personal and professional life.
